摘    要:在阐明e一制造提出背景的前提下,给出了e一制造的定义,并从制造设备的e一技术化及e一制造系统建模两方面出发,描述了一种基于Web Services计算模型的e一制造系统参考架构。依据该参考架构,对e一制造系统的实现方法学及相应的关键使能技术,如基于协同理念的e一制造链模型及其相关的过程调度、可视化、数据交换等机制进行了系统论述。最后,开发了一个用作上述思想验证的软件原型系统,为通过e一制造实现制造透明及“数字化精确生产”奠定了基础。

Abstract:After describing the background of global manufacturing, the definition of e-manufacturing is given. And then a reference architecture, including the e-formalization of manufacturing facilities and the construction of e-manufacturing system based on web services, is put forward. According to it, the implementing method and the correspondent enabling techniques, such as e-manufacturing chain and its dynamic scheduling, collaborative mechanism, visualization, and data exchanges etc., are explored in depth. Finally, a software prototype is developed as a verification of above ideas so that the manufacturing transparency and accurate digital production can be achieved through e-manufacturing technology.
