摘    要:以硝酸和双氧水为氧化剂、乙酸为插入剂,制备了无硫可膨胀石墨.探讨了氧化时间、试剂浓度及用量等对膨胀体积的影响.指出按本研究工艺制备的试样的膨胀体积可达300倍以上.本工艺方法具有反应试剂可重复利用,成本低,废液治理简单易行且可变成化肥.所得产品不合硫,无灰分.

Abstract:Sulphur-free expandable graphite was synthesized using the nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide as the oxidant and acetic acid as the inserting reagent. The factors that in? uence expanded volume were discussed,such as oxidation time,the volume and strength of reagent. The expanded volume of the sample preparing by this technology is over 300,without sulphur and ash. This technology is simple and economic and the wastewater from this technology can be used as agrochemical.
