护环毛坯尺寸的确定

论述阻力环在护环液压胀形过程中的作用．对护环在液压胀形过程中的受力情况进行分析，提出形状参数的概念，并推导出形状参数的计算公式．采用大变形弹塑性有限元程度计算不同的H／d所对应的K值，用形状参数确定阻力环尺寸，较好地解决了在外补液液压胀形前护环毛坯尺寸确定的问题。

Design of Retaining Ring Part Dimension

It is a problem in the process of production how to design dimension of retaining ring part, namely how to design dimension of debarring ring. This paper discussed the role of debarring ring in the process of hydraulic expansion, analyzed the forces on the retaining ring. This paper advanced the definition of the shape parameter, and deduced its calculation formula. We used shape parameter designing the dimension of debarring ring, and solved the problem of designing of retaining ring part dimension before hydraulic expansion.
