甲醇水蒸汽重整制氢催化剂的研究

摘    要:对Cu-Zn-A1催化剂上甲醇水蒸汽重整制氢进行了研究,结合燃料电池对氢气中一氧化碳含量的特殊要求,并模拟工业装置测试,讨论了催化剂主成分含量、反应温度、反应压力、液空速等对一氧化碳含量和催化剂时空收率的影响,提出了适合燃料电池使用的甲醇水蒸汽重整制氢催化剂。

Abstract:The Cu-Zn-Al catalysts for hydrogen preparation by methanol steam reformation were research. According to the especial requirement of fuel cells to the content of carbon monoxide in hydrogen and the industrial practical conditions,the effects of the major components of catalysts,reaction temperature,reaction pressure and LHSV on the content of carbon monoxide in product gas and the space time yield of product gas were discussed. Finally,the methanol steam reforming catalysts fitting to the production of hydrogen for fuel cells application were commended.
