0.1~2GHz超宽带低噪声放大器

摘    要:利用Aglient-ADS软件,设计了一个频段在0.1~2GHz的超宽带低噪声放大器.选用噪声较小稳定度较高的BFP420晶体管,采用两级反馈式的设计原理并用ADS软件进行建模,优化以及S参数和谐波平衡仿真,获得增益大于29dB、噪声系数NF1.5dB的仿真结果.最后通过精心调试,使得测试结果和仿真结果达到了很好的一致性.

Abstract:The ultra-wideband LNA at the frequency range of 0.1 to 2GHz has been designed with Aglient-ADS.Lower noise figure and higher degree of stability BFP420 is used.Good performance has been seen in the simulation of S-parameter and Harmonics balance with the gain higher than 29dB and the noise figure less than 1.5dB with ADS.Through debugging the circuit,the actual test results closely match those from simulation.
