Accelerate the Updating of Petrochemical and Chemical Industries and Completes the Diagnosis and Evaluation of Chemical Industry

This paper analyses the situation of petrochemical and chemical industry in China, and points out problems existing in the development of industry and the necessity and importance for the industrial upgrading and quality improvement. This paper has focus on a few industries about quality upgrade and measures. At the same time, this paper has combined with the problem of chemical industrial park （or enterprise） arising from the development and construction in China in recent years, a detailed explanation has been given from the industrial quality, safety, environmental protection, self diagnosis and evaluation on the systematic engineering aspects.
