摘    要:通过正交试验法,设计了9种硫化胶配方。利用动态力学分析技术,研究了9种胶料的湿抓着性及滚动阻力。实验结果表明:3种炭黑N351/N339/N330的并用比为25/25/10时,硫化胶有良好的湿抓着性;N351/N339/N330的并用比为25/25/10或N339/N351/N330的并用比为25/25/15时,硫化胶有低的滚动阻力。

Abstract:Nine vulcanized rubbers are designed with orthogonal experiment design.Experiment has been performed to investigate the wet skid and rolling loss of nine vulcanized rubbers by using Dynamic Mechanics Analysis(DMA) technique.The result shows that wet skid is high when the blend ratio of N351/N339/N330 is 25/25/10 and rolling loss is low when the blend ratio of N351/N339/N330 is 25/25/10 or the blend ratio of N339/N351/N330 is 25/25/15.
