摘    要:在对现有水库运用模式进行比较分析的基础上,提出了多沙河流水库自适应控制运用的概念,建立了相应的运用模式。该运用模式不仅基于历史的水沙条件,而且兼顾了当前的来水来沙条件、水库地形条件、水库泄流能力、水库的功能等方面的综合影响,并通过多目标优化方法确定坝前运行水位和下泄流量,较现有的运用模式更能体现实际变化规律。为检验该模式的合理性,通过河工模型进行了不同运用方案的排沙试验,并进行了数学模型计算,其结果表明,水库的排沙主要集中于洪峰,水库在运用过程中若能在峰期合理控制,则可以达到既能大量排沙又能增大蓄水的目标,论证了本文建立的水库的自适应控制运用模式的合理性和可行性。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of existing methods for reservoir operation, the concept of adaptive operation is proposed and corresponding adaptive operation method is suggested. The factors such as water and sediment income, terrain of reservoir, discharge capability of reservoir, functions of reservoir are considered in this method, and the multi objective optimization approach is used to determine the impounding water level and drainage discharge of reservoir which is more reasonable than those of traditional theoretical method. To verify the rationality of the proposed method, a physical model test for the Tingkou Reservoir and corresponding calculation of mathematical model are carried out. Both model test and calculation results demonstrate that the reservoir can store more water and reduce sediment deposition if proper operation scheme based on the principle of adaptive operation method is adopted.
