应变式传感器应变计损坏应急处理方法

摘    要:风洞天平作为应变式传感器的一种,是风洞中进行各种飞行器空气动力测量的核心部件,如果出现所用应变计损坏的问题将对测量结果造成极大的影响。本文以一维力传感器为例研究了三种应变计损坏的应急处理办法,并与常规处理方法进行了比较,得出了几种方法的优缺点及适用情况,可供试验人员根据情况选择适用方案。所讨论的三种方法也适用于常规应变式传感器的应急处理。

Emergency treatment on damage of strain sensor's strain gauge
Abstract:Wind tunnel balance as a strain sensor,is the core parts for aerodynamic measurements in the wind tunnel.If there is damage problem with the strain gauge,measurement results will be greatly affected.In this paper,one-dimensional force sensor as an example was studied and three kinds of emergency treatment on damage of strain gauge was discussed.With conventional treatment methods compared,we obtained the advantages,disadvantages,scope of application of several methods.Three methods discussed also apply to conventional strain sensor emergency treatment.
