摘    要:等离子微弧氧化技术是一种在金属表面原位生长氧化膜陶瓷层的技术,此类陶瓷层具有耐磨、耐蚀、耐高温热冲击等特性,介绍了铝合金等离子微弧氧化原位生长Al2O3陶瓷层技术的研究现状,基本原理,工艺特点以及膜层性能和应用情况。

Abstract:Plasma microarc oxidation technology was used for in situ oxidized film ceramic coating on metallic surface. The ceramic coating prepared by the plasma microarc oxidation technology was characterized by wear resistance, corrosion resistance and thermal shock resistance at high temperature. The research status, basic theory ,technological features,the property of film and application of the technology to aluminum alloy for PMAO were introduced.
