计算机类专业人才培养模式的研究与实践

高职计算机人才培养模式已经到了非改革不可的地步,但计算机人才培养模式如何改革却又是面临的主要问题。本文根据杜威的"从做中学"理论,结合高职计算机人才培养的特点,提出用"以工作过程为导向,以项目驱动,一体化教学"的人才培养模式,它也是计算机类专业人才培养实现"从做中学"思想的最好模式,然后进一步介绍了该人才培养模式实践的具体步骤。

The Research and the Practice of the Computer Class Professional Personnel Training Pattern

Vocational computer personnel training pattern already arrived at the situation that must be reformed,but how does the com-puter personnel training pattern reform the subject matter which actually is facing a major problem.This paper according to Dewey's " Learning by doing" theory,combining the features of higher vocational computer personnel training,proposed that uses "take the work process as the guidance,project-driven,integrated teaching" the personnel training pattern,it is also computer training class professionals to achieve "Learning by doing" the best mode of thinking,and then further introduced the practice of personnel training mode concrete steps.
