摘    要:在浆料罐系统中研究了Ni-P涂层的泥浆冲蚀-腐蚀行为.Ni-P涂层抵抗泥浆冲蚀-腐蚀的能力大大高于马氏体不锈钢2Cr13和奥氏体不锈钢1Cr18Ni9Ti,扫描电镜分析表明,在线速度为6.2m/s时,2.5小时后Ni-P涂层表面轻微擦伤,在11.1m/s时,0.5小时后,表面为切削特征,运行不到15小时表面严重剥落。

Abstract:The erosion-corrosion behaviour of Ni-P coatings in a slurry is investigated.The erosion-corrosion resistance of Ni-P coatings in the slurry is much higher than that of 2Cr13 and 1Cr18Ni9Ti.The SEM analysis results show that Ni-P coating surfaces display slightly scuffing feature at the linear velocity of 6.2m/s after 2.5h,and cutting feature at 11.1m/s after 0.5 h.The Ni-P coating surfaces delaminate severely at 1 1.1m/s less than 1.5 hour.
