| 摘 要： | 在浆料罐系统中研究了Ｎｉ－Ｐ涂层的泥浆冲蚀－腐蚀行为．Ｎｉ－Ｐ涂层抵抗泥浆冲蚀－腐蚀的能力大大高于马氏体不锈钢２Ｃｒ１３和奥氏体不锈钢１Ｃｒ１８Ｎｉ９Ｔｉ，扫描电镜分析表明，在线速度为６．２ｍ／ｓ时，２．５小时后Ｎｉ－Ｐ涂层表面轻微擦伤，在１１．１ｍ／ｓ时，０．５小时后，表面为切削特征，运行不到１５小时表面严重剥落。

| Abstract: | The erosion-corrosion behaviour of Ni-P coatings in a slurry is investigated.The erosion-corrosion resistance of Ni-P coatings in the slurry is much higher than that of 2Cr13 and 1Cr18Ni9Ti.The SEM analysis results show that Ni-P coating surfaces display slightly scuffing feature at the linear velocity of 6.2m/s after 2.5h,and cutting feature at 11.1m/s after 0.5 h.The Ni-P coating surfaces delaminate severely at 1 1.1m/s less than 1.5 hour. |
