飞来峡水利枢纽坝址的选择

摘    要:根据北江流域规划以防洪为主的开发方针,比较了小水库群、大水库群、重点支流水库和进一步充和干流水库防洪方案,并选定飞来峡水库结合分洪组成的干水库方案。在可行性阶段,从坝址的地形地质条件、枢纽总体布置、枢纽建筑物、施工导流方式及工期、淹没影响、总投资和综合经济效益等方面,比较了横石、升平、江口和白庙等4个坝址方案,经各方论证和审查,选定了升平坝址。施工实践证明,选定的坝址方案具有明显的优越性。该坝址地

Abstract:AccordingtotheprincipleoftakingfloodcontrolaspriorityintheNorthRiverValleyPlanwithcom paringsuchfloodcontrolschemesasbygroupofsmallreservoirs ,bygroupoflargereservoirs ,bykeytributaryreservoirandbymainstreamreservoir ,theschemeofFeilaixiaReservoironthemainstreamincombinationwith PajiangRiverDiversionWorkswaschosen .Infeasibilitystage ,basedontopographicandgeologicconditionsat damsite ,generallayoutofproject ,projectstructure ,modeofconstructiondiversionandconstructionperiod ,in nundationeffects ,totalinvestmentandcomprehensiveeconomicbenefits ,4schemesofdamsitewerecompared , namely ,Hengshi,Shengping ,JiangkouandBaimiao .Afterproofandexamination ,theShengpingschemewasse lected .Practiceinconstructionhasshownthattheschemeselectedhassuchobviousadvantagesasbetterfounda tionconditionsandbetterreturnsoninvestment.Moreover ,theopentopographyfacilitatesconstructioncarried outbydifferentunitsandhandlingthenavigationduringconstructionperiod .Theprojecthasbeencompletedin 5 years ,oneyearaheadoftheschedulearrangedinthepreliminarydesign .
