| 摘 要： | 在电压调整器测试中，测试设备提供的负栽电流需经一定的时间延迟才能达到预定值。文章介绍了一套开发于ASL-1000测试平台、可自动生成测试所需延迟时间的电路，使测试既准确又经济，因此可推而广之。 |

| Abstract: | In the test for voltage regulator,the load current of the DUT provided by the test equipment needs a certain delaytime to reach the provision value. This article introduces a set of circuits, based on the ASL-1000 , which can create the delaytime automatically. With accuracy and economy, it can also be used widely. |
