防雷避雷技术在水文测验与报汛中的应用

摘    要:雷电是一种自然现象.当雷电产生雷击时对人与自然的破坏力是巨大的;在风雨交加、电闪雷鸣的恶劣环境中,为了防汛报汛的需要,必须进行水文测报工作.为防止雷击对水文测报仪器设备的毁坏,采用规范的防雷避雷措施必不可少.长江委水文局于2005年7月1日成功实现了118个中央报汛站的自动报汛,为减少雷电对水文自动测报工作的影响,建立较为完善的防雷避雷系统,减少了雷击造成的损失,取得了显著的效果.

Abstract:Thunders and lightning are natural phenomenon.The damage to human beings and the nature could be huge if thunder striking occurs.During bad weather conditions with lightning and thunderstorms,hydrological observation activities must go on as usual for the purpose of flood control.In order to protect the hydrological measuring instruments and equipment from lightning striking,it is absolutely necessary for us to take proper lightning protection measures.On July 1,2005,the 118 gauging stations under the management of Bureau of Hydrology,Changjiang Water Resources Commission that report flood information to the national flood control headquarters have realized automatic data collection and reporting.For the purpose of reducing the impact of lightning strokes on hydrological telemetry system,we have established fairly complete lightning protection and lightning arresting system that help to alleviate losses from lightning.Significant results have been obtained.
