摘    要:为了提高太阳电池移载机械手的控制精度,减少超调量,针对常规PID控制器参数整定不良,性能欠佳的问题,结合模糊控制技术,设计了一种模糊PID控制器,制定了模糊控制规则,并建立了控制规则表与隶属度函数。最后,运用Matlab进行了仿真,仿真结果表明:该模糊自整定控制器既具有控制精度高、超调量小的优点,又具有模糊控制速度快、适应性强的特点,实现了PID控制器参数的在线调整,使被控对象具有良好的动、静态特性。

Abstract:In order to improve position precision and decrease the exceed initial value of solar cell transfer robot, a kind of PID controller with fuzzy self-adjusting function based on fuzzy control technique was designed. The regulation rules of PID parameters and membership function were established. The simulation in fuzzy logic toolbox of Matlab was done. The result shows that the controller possesses both the precise character of PID-eontroller and the flexible advantage of fuzzy controller. It is realized that the PID-eontroller can adjust parameters itself on line, make regulation system good dynamic and static quality.
