摘    要:采用三位一体传感器、嵌入式数据采集系统和工控机等构建了工程机械液压系统故障检测系统。介绍了该系统的功能、特点以及硬软件设计方法,并进行了实例验证。结果证明该系统能够适应工程机械液压检测系统的应用需求。

Abstract:In this paper, the fault testing system of engineering machinery hydraulic circuit is accomplished with integrated sensor, embedded data acquisition system and Industrial processing computer. The function and characteristics is presented. The design of hardware and software is explained. The validation experiments are made. The results show that the system meet the needs of fault testing and diagnosis of engineering's hydraulic system.
