低温地板辐射采暖系统中管材性能的分析

摘    要:阐述了低温地板辐射采暖系统的特点 ,分析了该系统中金属管材和塑料管材之间的热性能 ,通过拉伸和蠕变实验比较了塑料管材之间的理化性能等 ,结果显示PP -C管是应用于该系统比较理想的管材 .同时提出了该系统在设计和施工中管材方面的注意事项 .

Abstract:This paper introduces the characters of low-temperature floor panel heating system. The thermal performance of metal tube and plastic tube is analyzed. The physical and chemical performance are compared between different plastic tubes by experiment. And this paper suggests the PP-C tube is the better for this system. Some points of attention for design and construction processs are also presented.
