摘    要:利用氧化还原电位(ORP)、pH值和溶解氧(DO)的数据对序批式生物反应器(SBR)工艺操作参数进行调节、控制。不同累积时间的pH值、10(DO)和E(ORP)曲线表明,pH曲线中的最低点和10(DO)曲线的折点对应于硝化反应的完成,E(ORP)曲线在负斜率出现时的拐点表示脱氮反应的完成。优化后的SBR工艺在保持较高脱氮率的同时可将废水处理负荷提高一倍。

Abstract:The values of redox potential (ORP), pH and dissolved oxygen (DO) were used to adjust and control the operating parameters of the Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) process. The curves of pH, DO and ORP versus the cumulation time indicated that the completion of nitration reaction was corresponded to the valley of the pH curve and the turning point of DO curve; and the completion of denitrogenation was corresponded to the turning point when a negative slope was appeared in the ORP curve. The high denitrogenation rate could be maintained after optimizing the SBR process, and the sew-age treating capacity was double.
