The form-machine for cold-pressure pellets is the key equipment in the production line of smelting charge of Pig iron. The performance of pattern draw of the spherical pits on the roll of the form-machine has direct influence on the regular function and the efficiency of the production line. By using the principle of optimization,the tool for milling spherical pits on the roll of a form-machine is developed. The pit milled by this cutter solves the problem of pattern draw, thus making cold-pressure pellet production continuous and efficient.
