化学镀镍液的再生与回用

摘    要:采用可溶性钙盐沉淀法去除化学镀镍废液中的亚磷酸根,用氟化物去除残余的钙离子,同时研究了PH值,处理温度及钙离子与亚磷酸根的浓度对绎亚磷酸根去除率的影响,采用再生处理液施镀可以得到具有优良性能的镀层,本方法具有经济可行的特点。

Abstract:The regeneration of electroless nickel plating exhausted solution was realized by using soluable calcium salt to precipitate and remove phosphite and then using fluoride to remove residual calcium ions in the solution. The effect of pH value of the solution, treatment temperature and concentration ratio of calcium ion to phosphite ion on the removal efficiency of phosphite was investigated. Experiment results show that with the reuse of the regenerated solution in plating, coating having excellent performances can be obtained. The method is feasible economically.
