一种新型板模头的设计及计算方法

提出一种能够保证熔体在口模出口处速度均布的板材模头，应用流变学原理，根据流道内任意流径上压力降相等及特征剪切速率相等的条件推导其设计公式；通过估计模头对工作条件的依赖性，证明该模头的设计程序是普适的；利用大型有限元软件ANSYS对设计进行模拟，证明该设计是可行的。

A New Type Sheet Die and Its Design Method

This paper introduces a new type sheet die which can ensure the polymer fluid get the same velocity at the die orifice. According to the rheology theories,considering that the pressure lose along any flow path and representative shear-rate anywhere in the die must be equal, we deduce the manifold design equation. Based on the estimation of the dependence of die on working condition, we prove the desing equation is suitable widely; The simulation and analysis of the design by using ANSYS FEA software proved that the design is feasible.
