摘    要:绿色工艺是获得绿色产品的重要环节,其目的是通过选择合理的工艺设备、加工方法等使得产品在制造中能节省资源和能源,实现环境保护和劳动保护。在深入分析产品制造工艺特性的基础上提出了绿色工艺评价的3条准则,并通过实例阐述了如何应用公理性设计对制造工艺中有关技术、经济和环境协调性等方面的信息进行处理,并作出设计决策。

Abstract:Green process selection is an important content of green manufacturing, whose goals are to economize resources and energy consumption and minimize or eliminate environmental pollution and provide a pleasant working environment in production. Based on the analysis of product manufacturing process features, three principles of green process selection and a new concept, called green degree, are presented. As an integral indicator, green degree thoroughly reflects characteristics of technology, environment and economic of green process. In order to measure green degree quantitatively, a modified axiomatic design is used for selecting green process.
