传动式超越离合器寿命的研究

摘    要:在这篇论文中,分析了传动式超越离合器的工作特点和失效原因指出:由滚柱与星轮平面间的显微滑移所产生的粘着磨损是导致超越离合器失效的主要原因,提出了对超越离合器摩擦副进行模拟试验的方法,研究了GCr15钢经渗硼和未渗硼的试样在脉动冲击载荷下的磨损规律,分析了润滑油,摩擦副表面光洁度对其使用寿命的影响。通过模拟试验和台架试验证明,对星轮表面进行渗硼处理,使用特殊的润滑油和提高星轮平面的表面光洁度,可以大大提高超越离合器的承载能力和使用寿命。

Abstract:In this paper the main failure reason of roller-type overrunning clutch in the run was analyzed. It is main reason which results in failure of roller-type overrunning clutch that the adhesive wear caused by micro-slip between rotler and stargear. A model test way of the friction couple of roller-type overrunning clutch was made. The impact wear resistance of the GCr15 steel boronised and no boronised and followed by different heat treating processes was studied Analysis was made in different lubricants and in the influence of the smoothness and cleanliness of the friction couple to its service life. Through model experiments and boronization of star gear by using special lubricant to increase its smoothness and cleanliness, the load bearing ability and service life of the roller-type overrunning clutch can be greatly increased.
