国内主要氨合成技术

摘    要:介绍了南京国昌化工科技装备公司和湖南安淳高新技术有限公司开发的φ2130mm-2400mm合成塔内件结构及工艺流程,并对2种合成塔进行了比较。结果表明,2种塔型的设计都体现了单系统生产能力大、运行压力低、阻力小、反应热回收率高的设计理念,是目前国内大型成熟的合成氨生产技术,已投入使用,运转稳定。

Abstract:The internal structure and technological process of ammonia synthesis reactors,which were made by Nanjing Guochang Chemical Equipment Corporation and Hunan Anchun High Technology Company of Limited Liability,were described and compared.Both of their design ideas were to improve the capacity of the single system,lower operating pressure,reduce resistance and increase the recovery of reaction heat.Now both of the two reactors are large-scale and mature technology for synthesis ammonia,and have been come into using and operate well.
