| Abstract: | A device that measures torsional vibration damping with CCD array is introduced.This device replace not only the conventional feeding rod reading method,but also the receiving file method with photocell.As a result,the accuracy of measuring the vibration damping ,i.e. internal consumption,is greatly increased. |
