摘    要:为了解决压力容器检漏的自动控制问题,研制出以可编程控制器(PLC)为主控系统的自动检测装置,该装置以压缩空气为介质进行信号传递和控制,并能根据需要调节检漏压力,流量和时间,该装置简化了硬件构成,提高了检漏的自动化程度。

Abstract:The automatic leak tightness testing device with programmable controller(PLC) as main controlling system was developed to settle the question of automatic control of hermetical container leak testing. Signal transmission and control were carried out through the medium of compressed gas. Testing pressure, flow rate and time could be controlled when required. The hardware was simplified and the automatization degree of leak testing was hightend by the technique.
