| 摘 要： | 根据艾柯夫SL500型采煤机在神东公司使用及维修情况,将采煤机牵引系统不牵引故障及接地、漏电故障,截割系统接地故障,RS-485传输错误故障,电机编码器故障进行了分析与探讨,提出了排除故障的步骤和方法,有利于采煤机安全、稳定、高效的工作,能够很好的为神东公司及其它煤炭企业生产服务。

| Abstract: | According to the use and maintenance situations of Eickhoff SL500 type shearer in Shendong company,the paper analyzes and discusses un-traction fault of shearer,grounding and electric leakage faults,grounding fault of cutting system,RS-485 transmission error fault,motor encoder fault.The troubleshooting steps and methods are proposed,which is conductive to safety,stability and efficient work of coal mining,and can be good serviced for Shendong company and other coal enterprises. |
