过特大突出孔洞技术与实践

摘    要:为了解决同华煤矿安稳斜井过特大突出孔洞对巷道掘进带来的安全问题,对过特大突出孔洞技术进行了研究,采用了"密闭+注浆+拦截孔+金属骨架"综合技术,采用拱形临时支护结合浅掘浅进最后混凝土体永久支护施工方法,详细阐述了过孔洞的工艺技术,实现了特大突出孔洞的安全掘进。

Abstract:In order to solve the safety issues of roadway excavation caused by crossing especially big outburst holes of Anwen inclined shaft in Tonghua coal mine,the technology of crossing especially big outburst holes was researched based on comprehensive technique of "sealing + grouting + interception hole + metal skeleton".Adopting the construction method of arched temporary support combining with shallow tunneling and shallow advancing,and the final permanent support with concrete body,the technology of crossing holes is elaborated,which achieves the safety tunneling of especially big outburst holes.
