摘    要:基于安太堡露天煤矿的采剥工艺特点,构建安全风险预控管理体系,在全矿范围内进行了危险源辨识。在总体分析露天煤矿爆破飞石事故成因的基础上,应用安全系统工程中的事故树分析方法,建立爆破飞石事故树,并对其进行综合分析,得到事故树的结构重要度,确定影响爆破飞石事故的主要因素,并结合安全风险预控管理理论,编制风险手册,提出管理标准和管理措施。

Abstract:Based on the features of mining-stripping technology in Antaibao open-pit mine,building safety risk pre-control management system,the whole mining area hazards were identified.The fault tree analysis method in safety systems engineering is applied to entirely analyze the effect factors in open-pit mine blasting fly stone accident,and the fault tree of blasting fly stone is set up.Then,the comprehensive analysis based on this foundation is made to get structure importance of fault tree,and the main factors affected blast flying stone accident are identified.Combined with the theory of safety risk pre-control management,compiled the risk handbook,management standards and management measures are proposed.
