A Comparative Study on the Enterprises' Development Differences between the Eastern and Western Areas in Transitional Period

In transitional period,there exist plenty of differences in enterprises' growth between eastern and western areas,especially in such aspects as structure,scale,benefit,investing and financing,governments' interfering in micro economy and institutional innovation.The foundational causes of these differences lie in two respects:One is from the country's industry policies and their layout,the other is due to the western enterprises' congenital deficiency.Therefore,the relevant countermeasures ought to be sought for from the following steps:promoting the harmony development between heavy and light industries,developing hi tech industry,constituting large scale enterprise groups,broadening investing and financing channels,transferring the governments' management function.
