摘    要:将离散Kirchhof理论(DKT)平板弯曲单元和薄膜单元的组合模型引入到弹塑性有限变形的虚功率增率型原理中。采用Hil(1979)厚向各向异性屈服函数,模拟了韧性金属板材液压胀形过程的分叉失稳以及后继变形局部化的演化过程。与实验结果比较表明所建立的薄板成形有限元模型是有效的

Abstract:A compound model including discrete Kirchhoff theory (DKT) pate shell element and membrane element is introduced into virtual work rate principle of elasto plastic finite deformation. The evolution process of bifurcation instability and following deformation localization in the hydrostatic bulging of ductile sheet metal is simulated by using Hills(1979) thickness anisotropic yield function. The bulging process of Semi sphere punch is simulated by introducing Coulomb friction theory. The simulation results are compared with experimental ones, which shows the validity of the finite element model for sheet metal forming.
