| 摘 要： | 用扫描电镜、大型金相显微镜观察分析高碳钢盘条的缩径，结果表明：造成缩径的主要原因是盘条中的非金属夹杂物超标、方坯偏析和缩孔。根据这一结果,提出了改善高碳钢盘条质量的措施和建议。

| Abstract: | Reducing diameter of high-carbon steel wire rod was observed and analyzed by SEM and large-sized metallomicroscope.The results showed that the major cause of reducing diameter was more non-metallic inclusion in the steel than standard value,billet segregation and shrinkage void.Furthermore,methods were proposed to improve the bar quality. |
