摘    要:在新钢种中添加金属锰时,需要知道金属锰中钛的含量,因此提出了采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定金属锰中痕量钛的分析方法。实验以硝酸分解样品,选择334.941nm谱线作为钛的分析线,使用与分析样品基体相接近的标准溶液和相同的测定条件克服物理干扰影响。结果表明,钛在质量分数为0.0008%~0.018%范围内与其强度呈线性关系,方法检出限为0.003μg/mL,方法用于金属锰样品中钛的测定,测定值与分光光度法及原子吸收光谱法的测定值一致,测定结果的相对标准偏差(n=6)在1.9%~3.3%之间。

Abstract:During the addition of manganese into new type of steel, the content of titanium in manganese should be clear. Therefore, a method for determination of trace titanium in manganese by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry was proposed. The sample was decomposed with nitric acid. The spectral line at 334.941 nm was used as the analytical line for titanium. The same determination conditions to those of standard solution, which had similar matrix of test sample, were used to overcome the physical interference. The results showed that, the mass fraction of titanium in the range of 0.000 18%-0.018% has a linear relationship with its intensity, and the detection limit of titanium was 0.003 μg/mL. This proposed method was applied to the determination of titanium in manganese sample. The results were consistent with those obtained by spectrophotometry and atomic absorption spectrometry. The relative standard deviations (RSD, n=6) were between 1.9 % and 3.3%.
