摘    要:架空线和电缆组成的混接线路的线路参数不均匀,导致传统的故障测距方法和重合闸策略难以适用,基于此,研制出一种适用于混接线路的线路保护行波测距一体化装置,该装置可进行实时双端行波测距,并可根据测距结果进行自适应重合闸。提出故障区段判别依据、故障测距算法和自适应重合闸策略,并给出某实际3段混接线路的仿真波形回放测试结果。试验表明,一体化装置可正确识别故障所在区段,测距误差小于500 m,可以满足混接线路故障测距和自适应重合闸的需求。现场记录的混接线路故障波形验证了混接线路行波波形的复杂性和所提方法的正确性。

Abstract:The parameters of the hybrid line composed of overhead transmission lines and power cables are not uniform,so the traditional fault location method and reclose strategy are unsuitable to apply.An integrated device to protect and locate fault on hybrid lines,and to realize adaptive reclose is proposed.In this paper,the criterion of fault section identification,fault location algorithm and adaptive reclose strategy are offered,and the test results for an actual three-segment hybrid line based on simulation waveform playback are given.The test results show that the integrated device can correctly identify the fault section and locate the fault,and the accuracy of fault location is better than 500 m,which can meet the basic requirements of fault location and adaptive reclose for hybrid lines.The fault waveforms recorded on site verify the complexity of the traveling wave waveforms and the correctness of the proposed method in this paper.
