摘    要:为避免长途运输造成220 kV标准电压互感器的量值误差过大,采用低端标准器测量、高端串联加法推算方式完成标准器的自校准。从测量重复性、上级标准器、互感器校验仪3方面进行不确定度评定,计算合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度,并进行测量试验,试验结果满足相关要求,为下一级标准器的自校准奠定了基础。

Abstract:In order to avoid potential error of measurement value of 220 kV standard voltage transformer caused by long-distance transportation,the self-calibration of the standard instrument is completed by measuring the low-end standard instrument and calculating the high-end series addition.Uncertainty evaluation was carried out from measurement repeatability,superior standard and transformer calibrator,synthetic standard uncertainty and extended uncertainty were calculated,and measurement test was carried out.The test results met relevant requirements,laying a foundation for self-calibration of the next standard.
