中高压直流断路器拓扑综述

摘    要:随着直流输配电系统的发展,直流系统对故障电流抑制和清除的要求增加,采用直流断路器能够很好地解决清除直流故障时快速性、稳定性和经济性的问题。文中论述了直流断路器的发展现状,对近年来国内外提出的直流断路器拓扑进行归纳总结。在此基础上,就机械式、Z源结构、组合式、级联模块、器件组合型直流断路器拓扑以及直流断路器测试电路进行了详细讨论。论述了各个方面的拓扑原理、使用优点以及面临的主要问题,对同一方面所涉及的文献进行了归纳对比。最后,提出了直流断路器未来可能的发展方向及相关问题。

Abstract:With the development of DC power transmission and distribution system, the requirements of DC system on fault current suppression and clearing are increased. DC circuit breaker can solve the speed, stability and economy problems when clearing DC faults. This paper discusses the development status of DC circuit breaker, and summarizes topologies of DC circuit breaker proposed at home and abroad in recent years. On this basis, the mechanical, Z-source structure, combined, cascade-module, device-combination-type DC circuit breaker topology and DC circuit breaker test circuit are discussed in detail. The topology principle, advantages and main problems of each aspect are presented, and the literature in the same field is compared. Finally, the possible future development trends and related problems of DC circuit breaker are put forward.
