电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定低合金钢中酸溶硼

摘    要:对仪器测定参数和分析谱线进行优选,多次试验酸溶硼的分解酸度、基体元素干扰、内标元素,确定了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定低合金钢中酸溶硼的方法。研究结果表明应用249.677 nm作为硼的分析谱线,选择硫酸(1+6)溶解样品,加入铍、钪混合标准溶液作双内标,采用基体铁匹配来测定低合金钢中微量的酸溶硼。方法检出限为0.030 μg/mL,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于10%,样品加标回收率为99%~101%。

Abstract:The instrumental parameters and analytical lines were optimized. The acidity for decomposition, the interference of matrix element and the internal standard element of acid-soluble boron were investigated. Consequently, the determination of acid-soluble boron in low alloy steel by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry was treated. The results showed that, trace acid-soluble boron in low alloy steel could be determined under the following conditions: 249.677 nm was used as the analytical line for boron; the sample was dissolved using sulfuric acid (1+6); the beryllium and scandium mixed standard solution was used as double internal standard; the matrix matching of iron was used. The detection limit of method was 0.030 μg/mL. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was less than 10 %. The recoveries of standard addition were between 99 % and 101%.
