电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法分析高炉煤粉助燃剂中镧铈钾钠铝铁

摘    要:提出了一种简便和快速测定高炉煤粉助燃剂中多元素的电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法。采用盐酸、硝酸和氢氟酸溶解试样,选择408.672 nm、418.660 nm、766.491 nm、589.592 nm、167.078 nm和275.573 nm波长的光谱线分别作为La 、Ce、 K、 Na、 Al 和Fe的分析线,以离峰单背景扣除和基体匹配的方法消除光谱干扰。校准曲线的线性范围分别为0.002%~1.0%(La、Ce),0.005%~1.0%(K、Na), 0.005%~5.0%(Al、Fe)。各元素校准曲线的相关系数均大于0.999 0,检出限分别为0.004 μg/mL(La、Ce)和0.01 μg/mL(K、Na、Al、Fe)。方法用于高炉煤粉助燃剂中镧、铈、钾、钠、铝、铁的测定,结果同其它检测方法的结果相一致,相对标准偏差在0.23%~8.6%范围内。

Abstract:A simple and rapid determination method of multi-elements in combustion improver for blast furnace coal powder by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry was proposed. The sample was dissolved by hydrochloric acid, nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid. The spectral lines at 408.672 nm, 418.660 nm, 766.491 nm, 589.592 nm, 167.078 and 275.573 nm were selected as the analytical lines for La, Ce, K, Na, Al and Fe, respectively. The spectral interference was eliminated by matrix matching and deduction of single background of off peaks. The linear range of calibration curves was 0.002%-1.0%(La, Ce), 0.005%-1.0% (K, Na) and 0.005%-5.0% (Al, Fe). Linear correlation coefficients of calibration curves of all elements were higher than 0.999 0. The detection limit was 0.004 μg/mL (La, Ce) and 0.01 μg/mL (K, Na, Al, Fe). The proposed method was applied to the determination of La, Ce, K, Na, Al and Fe in combustion improver for blast furnace coal powder. The found results were consistent with those obtained by other methods,and the relative standard deviations (RSD) were between 0.23% and 8.6%.
