对我国社区服务的几点思考

从社区服务的人性化、社区服务的社会化和社区服务的专业化三个方面,提出了我国社区服务存在的一些不足与问题,以及如何进一步完善我国的社区服务;提出根据社区人口特征和社区居民的需求开展社区服务;社区服务设施和服务方式的人性化;社区服务应关注居民的情感和精神需求;并提出加强社区志愿服务和建立青年社区服役制度以及完善相关专业教育等。

Thinking on the Community Service in Our Country

In terms of humanization,socialization and professionization of community service,some inadequacies and problems existing in the community service were put forward.The article also point out how to improve the community service in our country,including providing community service according to population characteristics and the need of the community residents,the humanization of service frustration and service styles,focusing on the emotional and spiritual need of residents,improving voluntary service and related professional education,establishing youth community enlistment system.
