当代科技人才素质研究

21世纪是知识经济时代,科学技术对经济发展起着决定性的作用。作为科技和信息的载体,知识的生产、分配、传播与使用的主体———人才,其素质状况如何将决定自己的前途和命运,也决定着后发的中国的经济发展和国家现代化建设的成效与速度。通过对知识经济时代的特征的讨论及对科学发展史典型案例分析,提出了当代科技工作者应具备的素质。

Research on Qualities of Talents in Contemporary Science and Technology

st century is a knowledge economy times, science and technology plays a decisive role in the development of economy. As the carrier of science and technology as well as information, the talents are subjects of knowledge advancement, distribution, spreading and application, whose qualities of talents will decide on their prospect and destiny, as well as on the economic development of China and the effect and speed of national modern construction. Based on the discussion of the characteristics of knowledge economy times and the analysis of typical cases in the development history of science and technology, this paper presents some necessary qualities that the contemporary workers in science and technology should possess.
