| 摘 要： | 植酸是一种重要的有机磷添加剂，具有广泛的应用领域。为了进一步开发植酸产品，对近年来植酸制取工艺研究的进展进行了综述，对从农产品下脚料中浸取植酸钙制取植酸的方法和条件进行了分类阐述和比较。

| Abstract: | Phytic acid is an important additive and can be used in many fields.In order to the exploitation of phytic acid,the development on the preparation techniques of phytic acid is reviewed.The preparation methods and conditions of phytic acid from phytin in abandon materials from farm products are discussed and compared. |
