银川市城市人居环境建设的宏观分析

以银川市申报联合国人居奖为目标，在综合分析银川市城市人居环境状况的基础上，探讨了当地人居环境建设中城市建设超前、规划滞后，人居环境的各层次与各组分不够协调，住宅人居环境的改善不平衡，资源支撑问题日益突出等宏观问题．针对这些问题，提出了加快历史文化建设、提升城市品位、统一“以人为本”与“以环境为本”的具体对策．

Analysis of macroscopic problem of city human settlements construction in Yinchuan City

To apply for U. N. Human Settlements Award at the present time or five years has been a target for Yinchuan City to strive. Though its conditions have difference according to the guide lines of Country Human Settlements Award, this application work will bring a chance and challenge in terms of improving Yinchuan City construction and human settlements. This paper synthetically analyzed the status of Yinchuan City human settlements. Based on these theories, this paper discussed the macroscopic problem of local city human settlements construction, and put forward relevant countermeasures by analyzing this issue more deeply.
