摘    要:通过设计中间过渡层,缩小AZ91D镁合金与沉积层镍之间的电位差,并以碱性锡酸盐镀液代替对人体和环境均有害的氰化物镀液,配合超声波作用,在AZ91D镁合金表面获得了电沉积镍层.利用SEM观察沉积层表面微观形貌,XRD、XPS对各处理层进行相组成检测.分析了锡酸盐镀液代替氰化物镀液对沉积层质量的影响,超声波对各沉积层沉积过程的影响以及对沉积层组织的细化作用.结果表明:碱性锡酸盐的使用提高了镀液的pH值,与酸性镀液相比较,减缓了镁合金在镀液中的腐蚀速率,为电沉积镍层在其表面的获得奠定了良好基础;各沉积层获得过程中,超声波的使用明显细化了各沉积层的组织,提高了其致密性,镀层的择优取向和耐腐蚀性能也得到改善.
