平面机构运动误差分析的序状态变量法及其自动生成

摘    要:以有序单开链为基本结构单元,以单开链约束与机械结构网络约束为基础,提出了机构运动误差分析的序状态变量法。其数学模型与平面机构结构学、运动学及动力学模型相协调,使误差方程含未知变量数目最少,且便于计算机自动生成和误差综合建模,还编制了相应的通用软件KEAPL。给出了二环、三环机构的典型算例。

Abstract:This paper presents an ordered-state-variable approach for kinematic enor analyisis of com-plex planar mechanisms,The approach is based on the ordered single-opened-chain and the network constrait relationships between SOCS. Its mathmetical model harmonizes with the structural, kinemat-ic,and dynamic models of mechanisms.The kinematic error analysis equations with few unknow vanables can be automatically generated and are conveninent to build the models for error synthe-sis.Its computer program KEAPL is cumpiled and two illustrative examples are given at the end of the paper.The proposed method can be easily extended to the kinematic error analysis of spatial mechanisms.
