冷作模具的失效分析与预防措施

摘    要:冷作模具质量的好坏将直接影响其制品的质量,模具的寿命又决定着零件的生产成本及经济效益,而影响冷作模具寿命的因素很多,所以,冷作模具寿命的失效形式也是各种各样的.根据实际生产经验,针对冷作模具的几种基本失效形式,分析了其产生的原因并提出了有效的预防措施.经生产应用证明,该预防措施对实际生产具有指导意义,可以大大提高冷作模具的寿命,如挤压凸模寿命达60000件/副以上,凹模寿命达40000件/副以上,冷镦模具达100000件/副以上,经济效益显著提高.

Abstract:The euality of cold working die has a direct influence nomic efficiency depend on the die life. There are many kinds of on that of the product. The production cost and ecothe die failures because of the failure modes. The fail ure reason of some basic die failures wag analyzed and the failure preventing methods was given based on practical production experience. It is proved that the methods are of great reference value to production . So the life of the used cold working dies is greatly improved. For example, the life of the extrusion convex die is reached to 60000 pieces/case or more, the life of the extrusion concave die is reached to 40000 pieces/case and the life of the cold upset die is about 100000 pieces/case. The economic benefit is notably increased.
