涡流室式柴油机燃烧室连接通道流量系数的研究

摘    要:涡流室式柴油机燃烧室连接通道系数是否能够精确确定,将影响柴油机放经计算及工作过程模拟计算的精度,本在分析近30年来国内外有关工作的基础上,根据稳流试验的结果,提出了计算涡流室式及变通道涡流室式两种燃烧室连接通道流量系数的两组经验公式,研究结果表明,这些经验公式比取定值定值流量系数及迄今已有的其它经验公式具有更高的可靠性,可提高涡流室式与变通道涡流室式柴油机放热率计算及工作过程模拟计算的精度。

Abstract:Whether or not the discharge coefficient of the connecting passage for swirl chamber diesel engines can be accurately determined will influence the calculation accuracy of the heat release rate and the simulation of working process. The paper presents two sets of empirical formulas for computing the discharge coefficients of the connecting passage of two kinds of combustion chambers, swirl chamber and swirl chamber with variable passage, on the basis of analysing the interrelating research work at home and abroad of recent three decades and according to the test results on the steady-flow. It is shown that the empirical formulas have higher reliability and accuracy than other empirical formulas till now and constant discharge coefficients used in the calculation of the heatrelease rate and simulation of working process of diesel engines with swirl chamber and swirlchamber having variable passage.
