摘    要:采用冶炼 轧制 拉拔及热处理工艺生产预应力PC棒用30MnSi钢,检测了该钢种试样的性能,优化了生产工艺。通过采用提高原辅材料质量、高拉补吹操作、改质钢包顶渣、调整吹氩参数、长水口氩气密封、中包湍流器、结晶器电磁搅拌等措施,降低了钢中夹杂物质量分数,生产出了合格的预应力PC棒用30MnSi钢铸坯产品。

Abstract:By analyzing the mechanical properties of 30MnSi prestressed concrete (PC) steel bar produced by the processes of smelting-rolling-drawing-heat treatment, the production process was optimized. The qualified products of 30MnSi PC steel bar was produced in batches after using the following measures to lower the inclusion content in the molten steel: improving the qualities of raw and auxiliary materials, operating with high catch carbon and post blowing practice, modifying the top slag in the ladle, adjusting the parameters of bottom argon blowing, sealed the long nozzle with argon gas, applying of turbulence inhibitor in tundish and mold electromagnetic stirring in the continuous caster.
