摘    要:以江西某粘土矿为主要原料,根据烧胀机理添加适当的膨胀剂,并用纳米材料进行改性,控制适当的烧制工艺,研制出了一种新型的水处理填料--纳米改性陶粒,对其进行了理化性能检测和电镜微观结构观察,并在曝气生物滤池(BAF)中进行了运行试验.与当前国内现有商品填料相比,纳米改性陶粒具有比表面积大,挂膜快,生物亲和性好,耐冲击负荷高等优点,适合作为微生物载体.

Abstract:A new water treatment filler named modified nanometer ceramsite (MNC) has been developed on the basis of roasted clay with adequate swelling admixtures, and post-processed by nanometer modification. For this material the physico-chemical performance is examined and the microstructure is observed by electronic microscope. Finally operation experiment is conducted in a Biological Aerobie Filter (BAF). The BAF experiment shows that compared with the ceramsite used now, MNC has excellent performances such as large specific surface area, faster film forming, good biological appetency and high tolerance to organic and hydraulic loadings. So the new filler is suitable to use as microorganism carriers for water treatment.
