| 摘 要： | “制造业和现代服务业技能型紧缺人才培养培训工程”的启动，迎来了职业教育的春天。人才资源的开发必须依靠教育。而教育是面向未来、为未来社会造就人才的，今天的教育发达程度将决定明天的人才质量和后天的经济水平。而高等职业要发展，根本出路在教育质量，在于提高学生的综合素质，在于提高学生的创新精神与创新能力。
